Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Program Therapist - Inpatient to join our therapeutic team. As a key member of our Inpatient Department, you will provide social services functions to assist patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs and achieving optimal emotional health through therapeutic treatment. This is a full-time position, working five days a week, with a requirement of one weekend per month. Key Responsibilities: Provide basic consultation, teaching, and specialized social work services to patients and families receiving care Conduct crisis intervention, short-term therapy, and provide information and referrals as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Assess patients' clinical needs and develop effective treatment strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications: Education: A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field is required. Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills, is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills are essential. License: A state license in the discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) is required. Additional Requirements: One weekend per month is required.
