We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Program/Project Manager to lead the implementation of a high-priority vendor platform for processing B2B ACH payments in the healthcare sector. This role demands a leader who thrives on taking ownership, driving execution, and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical specialists to manage software configuration, system integration, and data flow requirements.
Required Experience
Demonstrated success in leading complex vendor platform implementations, preferably in payments or technology-driven environments.
Proven ability to independently manage and execute projects from initiation to completion.
Skills & Qualifications
Expertise in project management methodologies (scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation).
Familiarity with software configuration, system integrations, and data flow processes.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent credentials (not mandatory).

Location: East Coast preferred, with occasional travel to Providence, RI (travel expenses covered).
