Our client is looking Program Manager - Telecom with B2B and/or Enterprise Experience for Fulltime / Permanent project in 100% Remote below is the detailed requirements.Job Title : Program Manager - Telecom with B2B and/or Enterprise Experience Location : 100% Remote Duration : Full time / Permanent Job description: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience. You Must have Telecom/Communications industry experience in B2B and/or Enterprise Experience Leading Enterprise Implementations (beyond the IT portion of a program) for telecom customer facing solutions, i.e. CRM, CPQ, Product Catalog, Billing, etc. Experience leading a team - program managers, project managers, scrum masters, business sme's etc. Experience working with executive leaders and steering committees including building and presenting presentations related to project progress, risks/issues and changes. General understanding of Enterprise or B2B sales in the communications/telecom industry. Experience working in a cross-functional program. Implementation and management of program governance Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail. Apply tot his job
