Why is this role important to Field Nation? The Program Manager, Talent Delivery, plays a critical role within the Marketplace Provider team, serving as a strategic talent advisor to ourKey Buyers. This role is responsible for designing, customizing, and executing talent delivery strategies that align with the unique needs of buyers. By leveraging a solution-oriented and forward-thinking mindset, this role helps Field Nation continuously evolve and enhance our marketplace offerings. The Program Manager acts as a connector between what the client requires and how we source, attract, and deliver the right talent. A key function of this role is to think creatively and critically, aiding buyers to navigate marketplace complexity and ambiguity. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Delivery. What you'll get to do: Serve as a trusted talent advisor to key buyers, designing tailored recruiting strategies that address unique goals and marketplace needs. Lead and execute scalable talent delivery programs, using data insights to identify gaps, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Marketplace teams to align strategies, increase adoption, and ensure customer success. Contribute to the evolution of recruiting programs and tools by testing new approaches, refining processes, and sharing best practices through training and enablement. Support client success by resolving escalations, maintaining clear documentation, and influencing product enhancements based on buyer and provider feedback. You might be a good fit if you have: 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent strategy, client services, or marketplace operations, preferably in field services or similar industries. Proven ability to advise customers, think strategically, and tailor solutions to complex and evolving needs. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and track outcomes. Comfortable with ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and driving innovation in cross-functional environments. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with high attention to detail and a self-directed mindset. Compensation At Field Nation, we share the value of transparency and enable this during our recruiting process. We believe it’s important to share the compensation range to best understand the full opportunity of a role! We select our initial range based on reliable compensation survey data. Other factors we consider in setting the specific pay for an individual will generally include, among other things, experience, specialized skills, work location, and internal equity to provide competitive offers. Additionally, every role is eligible for variable pay dependent on the position. As an agile and growing organization, the business needs may change. This may result in us hiring someone with less or more experience than the job description states. If that does happen, we will communicate the updated salary range and the new role to you as a candidate. The range stated below is a starting point of the compensation conversation, we’d like to hear what your compensation expectations are too! Base Salary Range | Minnesota or other Zone 3 | $110,000 - 124,000
