Program Manager - Security, Risk, & BPO IT Implementation

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and develop mitigation strategies. Lead and manage complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope. Conduct regular risk assessments and take proactive measures to prevent security breaches. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of security measures, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve the company's security posture. Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of outsourced business processes. Communicate and educate employees on security best practices and policies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for security initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert on security-related matters and provide guidance and support to the organization. Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges in the implementation of security measures. Monitor and analyze security performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancement. Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to data security and ensure compliance within the organization. Drive a culture of security awareness and foster a strong security-minded culture across the organization.
