Program Manager, Brand/Seasonal MarketingYour Role at Sephora: Ready for a career glow up? As Program Manager, Brand/Seasonal Marketing, you'll be orchestrating the end-to-end execution of Sephora's most exciting brand-led, seasonal, and cross-world marketing programs. The work you do will impact beauty, as you bring strategic marketing visions to life across every channel—from in-store experiences to digital campaigns. What You'll Do: • Drive comprehensive omni-channel marketing programs across all online and offline channels (in-store, print, direct mail, digital, video, and social media), creating and publishing schedules that integrate traditional and digital media touchpoints while ensuring timely execution to meet launch dates • Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Brand Marketing, Creative, Visual Merchandising/Production, Channel partners, Merchandising, Store Design, and Agency partners to clearly communicate requirements, deliverables, and timelines throughout the program lifecycle • Manage day-to-day execution by tracking schedules, preparing meeting agendas, routing creative for feedback, facilitating asset handoffs, and maintaining program archives while identifying risks early and providing mitigation strategies • Oversee budget management by maintaining a strong understanding of budget and co-op funding requirements, tracking expenditures, and facilitating conversations between Creative, Marketing, and Production teams when costs impact design or budget What You'll Brin • 4-6 years of project or account management experience with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs from strategic planning through implementation • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail, a proactive approach, and strong problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, with an action-oriented mindset and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment What You’ll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 - $131,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
