This is a high-impact role that will start by owning collections end-to-end: optimizing systems, reducing aging debt, automating manual workflows, and improving customer experience across regions and currencies.But Collections is just the beginning.This role is designed for someone who wants to build across the financial stack. Once youâve successfully scaled our collections function, youâll take on the next mission-critical program, whether itâs credit automation, embedded underwriting, risk tooling, payments optimization, or the launch of new products.Youâll sit at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, Credit Risk, and Sales, building durable, data-driven solutions that enhance our cash position and reduce friction in the customer experience.If you love fixing messy processes, automating manual work, and tackling high-impact projects in a fast-paced fintech environment, this is your next move.What Youâll DoOwn the Collections Program RoadmapDesign and deliver initiatives that improve DSO, reduce aging debt, and scale with growth.Build & Automate SystemsPartner with Engineering and Ops to create tools, workflows, and automation that eliminate manual effort and improve visibility.Be the KPI OwnerManage key metrics: DSO, % current receivables, aging buckets, collections efficiency, gross loss, and more.Lead with Empathy and RigorDevelop a scalable process that balances assertive follow-ups with world-class customer centricity.
