About Our Organization
CDP is a Boston-based public benefit corporation dedicated to improving the operational efficiency and revenue generation capacity of the public media system. We provide outsourced marketing, data analytics, fundraising, and technology services to over 230 NPR and PBS public media organizations, helping them raise more net income, grow their donor files, and lower fundraising costs.
Job Overview
As a Program Manager on our Membership Marketing Team, you will report to the Associate Director of Development and supervise a team of coordinators to ensure deliverables are accurate, on time, and efficient. Your responsibilities will include managing production workflows, communicating with vendors, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise coordinators to manage production with internal teams
Oversee production workflow and procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards
Communicate consistently across all teams, identifying and escalating risks to the MMT leadership team
Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards
Set priorities and deadlines to monitor project progress
Resolve issues to ensure prompt and accurate execution of programs
Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of the production schedule
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
At least 3 years of experience in marketing production, direct mail, or project management
Results-oriented and deadline-driven
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience as a change agent, adapting and impacting change effectively
Strong feedback, coaching, and active listening skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using technology for efficiency
