A leading investment management firm is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure and technology initiatives across the organization. This role will drive planning, coordination, and execution of multi-disciplinary technology projects including infrastructure deployments, networking initiatives, vendor implementations, and enterprise systems rollouts. This position is ideal for a highly organized program leader who combines strong project management discipline with the ability to understand technical dependencies, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver mission-critical technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership • Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure and IT initiatives including office expansions, networking projects, systems implementations, and enterprise technology rollouts • Develop clear project charters, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, legal, and external vendors • Translate technical constraints and risks into clear project plans and executive updates • Run structured project cadence including sprint planning, standups, and stakeholder updates • Maintain structured documentation using project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Operational Improvement • Develop standardized project templates, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Improve internal technology workflows, documentation, and onboarding/offboarding processes • Track project metrics and resource allocation to drive operational efficiency Vendor & Contract Management • Manage lifecycle of key IT vendors including contracts, renewals, invoicing, and performance monitoring • Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and cost control • Support sourcing and evaluation of new vendors and service providers Team Coordination • Facilitate collaboration between infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and support teams • Support junior team members in structuring projects and defining deliverables • Promote accountability, transparency, and structured project execution Qualifications • Experience in IT project or program management • Experience leading infrastructure or enterprise technology projects (networking, cloud, data centers, or large system implementations) • Familiarity with enterprise technology environments and infrastructure dependencies • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-moving environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with external vendors and managing contracts • Certifications such as ScrumMaster, PMP, or ITIL are a plus Ideal Candidate • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in technical environments and asking detailed questions • Able to balance stakeholder priorities with realistic delivery timelines • Calm under pressure and capable of coordinating responses during high-impact initiatives Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus • Profit sharing program • Top-tier 401(k) matching program • Fully covered healthcare benefits This role offers the opportunity to play a central role in delivering strategic technology initiatives within a collaborative and intellectually rigorous organization.
