Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing cross-functional programs or projects.
Experience working with data in an engineering environment.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including data science and engineering leads.
Experience in program management, change management, and communication strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work-streams in a fast paced environment.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Develop subject matter knowledge to guide critical organization-wide initiatives, collaborating across teams and functions to achieve key objectives.
Improve processes by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to identify and address issues.
Identify and eliminate issues within existing programs and processes, prioritizing efficiency gains, and minimizing disruptions for Data Science and product teams.
Collaborate with engineering counterparts to develop and maintain tools, dashboards, and automation that reduces manual effort for product teams.
Leverage data and data teams to distill ideas and insights into concise, impactful communications tailored for diverse audiences and senior leadership
