The Program Manager I, reports to the Director of Global Supply Chain and is a member of the cross-functional Care Team Leads in Care Delivery. The Program Manager I proactively engages with multiple cross functional stakeholders across Omada to drive continuous improvements, manage existing programs and develop new best-in-class programs that improve business operations. This role is both a strategic and hands-on role. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, be comfortable managing complex, ambiguous business challenges, drive cross-functional initiatives forward, and have strong analytical skills to influence data driven decisions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills to bring clarity to ambiguity with maniacal attention to details.
Because the person in this role will influence colleagues within Member Operations, Care Teams, Clinical Teams, Product, Engineering and across Omada, they will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, be highly collaborative, have demonstrated ability to to influence without authority, be highly organized and have a passion for building data driven programs that improve business operations.
About You
You are passionate about Omadas mission to inspire and engage lifelong health one day at a time and our products that help members who are living with pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension or musculoskeletal issues. You bring your whole-self to work everyday with a curious mindset ready to dive into complex sets of data, processes, member and customer escalations regarding devices and supply chain, in order to find problems that affect our members and create inefficiency. You develop well-documented and data-informed business cases based on your newly gained insights. You surface these business cases to Care Teams, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to influence their prioritization of solutions to fix these issues. You measure the impact of implemented solutions to celebrate the improved member experience and the cost savings from your projects. You are a Zendesk Explore expert who can create run the business and ad hoc reports in Explore, and understand the functionality of Support and Guide. You will integrate yourself into the WBR (weekly business review), Supply Chain S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and other key processes to support and handle tasks related to the run the business programs for Supply Chain Operations.
Your Impact
Management of strategic roadmap:
Develop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, success criteria and project milestones.
Establish business priorities, develop solutions, identify owners, set delivery/completion dates and set up mechanisms to ensure programs are on track.
Drive programs end-to-end including business goals, technical solutions, to improve member experience with guidance.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that affect member experience and may impair the teams ability to meet strategic, product, and technical goals.
Actively build relationships across Omada teams to deliver on your roadmap. Partner with program/product managers, category teams, finance, legal, care teams and engineers to deliver on your roadmap.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, outlines and reviews tradeoffs as well as balance business needs versus constraints.
Possesses an understanding of broad Omada business needs.
Communication and change management initiatives:
Communicate, verbally and in writing, clear and concise expectations and requirements with business and technology teams.
Capacity to present well-reasoned and data-driven proposals in both verbal and written formIdentify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; develop and maintain goals, milestones and completion datesInfluence others to drive ongoing program improvements based on user feedback and performance measurements.
Utilize strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to author white papers and reports that translate technical/data solutions into recommendations for business audiences with guidance.
Have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion.
Data analysis:
Analyze data to perform needs and task analysis, scope projects and evaluate existing processes to propose solutions, define areas of focus/opportunity supported by data.
Identifies process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to positively impact results
Proficient at developing business insights with existing metrics and attributes

Zendesk Explore expertise. Proficient at creating custom metrics, attributes, functions, customizing reports, and dashboards
Supply planning & logistics experience
Experience creating Tableau reports and dashboards
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5-years of experience in a technical support role or healthcare support role
3+ years of experience in program or project management or related experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or masters degree in a related field
PMP or CSM certification
Lean/Six Sigma certified or an equivalent certification

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $100,800 - $126,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $90,720 - $113,400*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
