Program Manager, Enterprise Delivery

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full program lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination across various teams and successful implementation of enterprise partnerships.ResponsibilitiesSupport full lifecycle implementation of enterprise partnerships, translating commercial terms and agreements into operational plansCoordinate delivery milestones across technical integration (EMR/IT), clinical and operational processes, and future innovationManage detailed project plans, track dependencies and deliverables, and ensure decision gates are met before transitions between phasesFacilitate structured handoffs between Business Development, Program Delivery, & Enterprise SupportServe as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders (clinical ops, product/tech, compliance, operations) to align priorities and resolve execution issuesMaintain clear documentation of roles, timelines, deliverables, and ownership throughout the program lifecycleIdentify, track, and escalate program risks and blockers; recommend mitigation plansDrive readiness assessments and readiness checklists for go-live cutoversPrepare and deliver structured status updates, risk briefings, and program reports to Sr. leadershipManage ongoing communication with external partners during implementation phases where appropriateSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)1-2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting, healthcare, health tech, or complex cross-functional delivery environmentsApplies working knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI to drive cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled productsDemonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream programs with competing priorities and dependenciesStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions without direct authorityExcellent organizational, communication, and risk management skillsProven track record driving programs with disciplined governance, on schedule and within scopeExperience with health system implementations and enterprise delivery modelsFamiliarity with EMR/IT integrationsPMP, PgMP or similar program management certificationExperience with or exposure to AI/ML products in an enterprise contextBenefitsHybrid work schedule with weekly lunches and stocked fridgesMonthly social committees for company events18 vacation days, 9 company holidays, 5 sick days, and 2 personal daysStock options for every full-time employeePaid parental leave401k benefitCommuter BenefitsCompetitive health, dental, and vision insurance optionsCompany OverviewK Health is a data-driven digital primary care system that uses AI to deliver personalized primary care services.
