Program Manager, Denied Party Screening (DPS) - Remote Opportunity

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our centralized Denied Party Screening (DPS) team, responsible for developing and implementing denied party and sanctions screening systems and processes. As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects, drive process improvements, and manage sanctions risk to ensure compliance with regulations and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project execution
Proactively manage change control, identify issues, and devise contingency plans to ensure project success
Identify and manage project dependencies, prioritize risks, and critical paths to ensure timely project delivery
Collaborate with DPS management, tech, operations, Amazon Legal, and multiple other teams to develop project management standards and drive process improvements
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance customer and business needs versus resource constraints

Basic Qualifications:

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization


Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
PMP certificate
