Job Title:Program Manager – CybersecurityLocation:Remote Start Date:ASAPAbout the Role:We are seeking a Program Manager to support a high-visibility, multi-year cybersecurity program. This role is critical to driving strategic security initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with executive leadership—including the CISO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams—to manage projects, track progress, and communicate impact effectively.This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure and clarity to complex security programs, take ownership of reporting and deliverables, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate projects within the broader cybersecurity program portfolio.Collaborate with the CISO, senior leaders, and technical teams to develop and present program updates.Own the creation of executive-level presentations and reports that tell a clear, data-driven story.Track and manage program milestones, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and PowerBI.Support strategic planning and roadmap development for cybersecurity initiatives.Drive cross-functional alignment and communication across security, engineering, and operations teams.Provide programmatic visibility through dashboards, reports, and regular updates.Required Skills & Experience:3–5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally in cybersecurity or IT.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills—able to translate technical data into executive-ready content.Proficiency with Jira, Excel, PowerBI, and ServiceNow.Experience working with or presenting to executive leadership.Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Technical background or familiarity with security tools and concepts is a strong plus.
