Program Management Associate (Hybrid)

The Program Management Associate will provide operational support for strategic lending partnerships, manage project plans, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities Provide overall support of the day-to-day operations with strategic partners, including managing the flow of documents, decisions between groups (internal + external), product statuses and deadlines Maintain knowledge of partnership product offerings and actively support product development and change initiatives Act as a strong partner in project management by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines set by external partners.
