Job Highlights: Compensation: Competitive salary with a monthly range of $7,882.48 - $12,010.00, depending on experience and location Location: Remote (with preferences for Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA) Position: Program Management Advisor Start Date: Immediate openings available Job Summary As a Program Management Advisor at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating large programs and projects. You will be responsible for driving innovation, improving processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve major innovative improvements Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts to inform project decisions Provide specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines, ensuring seamless integration and execution Develop and manage project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justifications to secure stakeholder buy-in and support Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Essential Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, a related quantitative discipline, or a relevant field Experience: Five (5) years of exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development, or business/financial planning and analysis Experience in the use of project management/planning software, with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Location preference for Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA Experience in a similar industry or sector, with a proven track record of success in program management Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
