Program Delivery Architect – Insurance & DevOps

We are looking forward to you joining our Platform Engineering Team. Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry. We are looking for Leaders who can but not limited to the following • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of onboarding and modernization programs in the Life Insurance & Annuities domain. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure delivery excellence. • Provide technical guidance across application architecture, infrastructure environments, DevOps pipelines, and networking configurations. • Oversee integration efforts, solution design, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. • Define and implement best practices in environment setup, deployment automation, and system monitoring. • Act as the primary liaison between client executives, delivery teams, and technology leaders. • Manage delivery roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and timelines to ensure high-quality and timely outcomes. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability, security, and operational reliability. • Ensure adherence to best practices in governance, reporting, and delivery management. Key Skills & Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership, ideally in Life Insurance & Annuities (not Property & Casualty). • Strong experience managing complex onboarding or transformation projects in the insurance domain. • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, Git, Docker, Kubernetes). • Deep understanding of infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid setups) and networking principles (firewalls, routing, load balancing, VPNs). • Working knowledge of ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Processing) platforms. • Familiarity with ACORD Life & Annuity standards and their implementation in enterprise systems. • Proven ability to manage C-level stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors. • Strong technical foundation with experience guiding architectural and delivery decisions • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
