Job Overview The Program Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Adolescent Medicine - Substance Use Treatment program, providing administrative assistance, and contributing to research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Adolescent Medicine - Substance Use Treatment program, including project correspondence, report preparation, and data management. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless program operations. Develop and maintain program files, databases, and other records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support outreach and education events, including preparation of materials and data collection. Participate in research projects, including review of primary and secondary data, literature reviews, and focus group support. Assist in the development of materials for grant proposals, presentations, and meetings. Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to support program operations and research projects. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum of 1+ year of experience in program support or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access. A high school diploma or equivalent; college education is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you should have: Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs). A background in healthcare or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with research projects and data management. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $34,944 - $56,212 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
