Title: Executive Presence & Assertiveness Coach for Marketing Professional in Virtual Client-Facing Role Description: We’re a high-performing digital marketing agency looking for a part-time coach to support a smart, analytical, and deeply committed team member in building: Executive presence, confident communication, and assertiveness This team member is technically strong and highly conscientious but struggles to: Speak with clarity and confidence in live client discussions Address misperceptions or course-correct clients early without over-accommodating Assert performance expectations when clients are off-track Deliver insights with leadership presence rather than deferential explanation Respond effectively in unscripted or extemporaneous situations (e.g., client pushback or uncertainty) She often overprepares and creates complexity as a coping mechanism—avoiding discomfort or performance stress rather than moving through it with grounded authority.
