Position: AI Training Data Writer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45/hour
Commitment: 20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Write realistic prompts reflecting professional and everyday content requests in Communication Essays Concepts Journalism Business Academic and Product & Marketing.
ā¢ Craft polished high-quality responses demonstrating strong writing across tone structure accuracy and audience-awareness.
ā¢ Adapt voice and style to match context ensuring a casual Slack message differs from a news explainer or product requirements doc.
ā¢ Ensure all work is entirely human-written; LLM-generated content is strictly prohibited.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Professional experience in journalism education content marketing non-fiction writing communications or a related field.
ā¢ A strong portfolio or track record of published writing editorial work curriculum development or content strategy.
ā¢ Range and versatility in writing across multiple formats audiences and levels of formality.
ā¢ Sharp instincts for tone structure and clarity.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and a high personal bar for quality.
