Professional Relations Specialist A diligent job-seeker is needed for the Professional Relations Specialist opportunity with our company! As the Professional Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with referral sources for all Samaritan lines of service in Burlington county, sales experience a plus!!. What You’ll Do: • Serve as an account representative and cultivate relationships with referral sources to grow referrals for hospice, Palliative Medical Partners and Primary Care at Home. • Identify needs and increase admissions/length of stay from accounts in assigned territory • Utilize consultative selling to identify customer needs and meet expectations • Act as liaison between clinical managers and referral sources to improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction • Develop/execute territory management plan by maintaining updated profiles for each account and marketing to referral sources in assigned territory • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to uncover potential referral source growth and maintain existing relationships • Establish new business in assigned territory through cold calling at physician offices and healthcare facilities • Meet monthly admission goals as established by Director of Business Development through the development and execution of quarterly sales plan • Develop/market/deliver professional in-services for referral sources • Other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring to Our Team: • 3 years sales experience, healthcare experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in public health or related degree • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, judgment, problem solving, customer service skills required • Strong MS Office skills; Excel required • Bilingual is a plus!
