Requirements:
? Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
? BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
? Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
? Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
? Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
