The successful candidate will be a dynamic and engaging leader, eager to make a significant impact on how Mathematics and ELA are taught to students in grades K-8. The Professional Learning Specialist will become an expert in the company's online Diagnostic and Instruction program, as well as core and supplemental products, focusing on Mathematics and ELA. They will support districts in selecting and implementing products that have a lasting impact on learning, ensuring equity in the classroom by delivering professional learning to educators on effectively implementing the company's programs. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with district and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional learning plans and schedules, serving as a thought leader for Curriculum Associates, and participating in team-provided development opportunities. Responsibilities
• Provide targeted professional development to teachers, coaches, and leaders.
