D1 Athlete Webinar Speaker Format: Virtual (Live Webinars) Compensation: Paid per session About Texas Sports Academy Texas Sports Academy (TSA) helps student-athletes learn faster, love school, build real-life NIL and life skills, and double their odds of reaching the Division 1 level and beyond. The Opportunity We are inviting current and former Division 1 athletes to speak at live TSA webinars and share real, unfiltered insights with student-athletes and families. This is a paid speaking opportunity and a chance to build your personal brand while giving back. What You’ll Do - Participate in live virtual webinars (45–60 minutes) - Share your experience as a D1 athlete (recruiting, academics, mindset, NIL, life balance) - Engage in Q&A with student-athletes and families - Allow TSA to use your name, image, and likeness (NIL) for promotion and recap content Who We’re Looking For - Current or former NCAA Division 1 athletes - Comfortable speaking to students and families - Authentic, professional, and reliable - Willing to share real experiences and lessons learned Potential Topics - The recruiting process (what actually matters) - Life as a D1 athlete - Academics, eligibility, and time management - NIL opportunities and pitfalls - Injuries, transfers, setbacks, and resilience Why Speak with Texas Sports Academy - Paid speaking engagements - Flexible, virtual format - Exposure to a fast-growing athlete community - Opportunity for ongoing speaking opportunities Job Type: Contract Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
