Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently while protecting company and personal information.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with timely distribution.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating office activities.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure common areas are well-stocked.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding a positive and professional image of the organization.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
