Productivity Coach / Systems & Workflow Specialist

I’m looking for a Productivity Coach who can work with me live (via Zoom) to help organize my day-to-day responsibilities, build efficient personal systems, and implement workflows that improve focus, structure, and follow-through. I recently completed a productivity course similar to Productivity Simplified (Skillshare) and realized I would benefit from working one-on-one with a coach who can help me apply these concepts in a practical and personalized way. What I’m Looking For Someone who can: - Help me design and implement productivity systems tailored to my work style - Assist me in organizing my daily tasks, priorities, calendar, routines, and workflows - Provide accountability and guidance through live sessions 1–2 times per week - Help me build sustainable habits and structure around recurring responsibilities - Break down complex projects into actionable steps - Offer best practices for focus, deep work, and time management Ideal Candidate - Experience as a Productivity Coach, Executive Coach, Systems Consultant, or Workflow Specialist - Strong understanding of productivity frameworks (GTD, PARA, time-blocking, habit design, etc.) - Comfortable leading structured coaching sessions - Excellent communication and organization skills - Proactive, patient, and able to guide someone with many simultaneous projects - Experience customizing tools like Notion, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, or similar is a plus Engagement Details - Sessions: 1–2 times per week (30–60 min each) - Duration: Long-term collaboration if it’s a good fit - Work format: Live video calls + async follow-ups as needed About Me I manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously and need someone who can help me stay organized, set up strong systems, and maintain daily structure.
