About Next Level Peak Performance (NLPP) Next Level Peak Performance is a coaching program designed specifically for entrepreneurs and high performers with ADHD. We help clients build systems for clarity, focus, and consistent execution by addressing the unique challenges ADHD presents. Through weekly 1-on-1 coaching and structured behavior tools, we guide clients to overcome overwhelm, implement habits that stick, and unlock their full potential. Role Overview As a full-time Productivity Coach, you’ll work with a roster of ADHD clients in weekly 45-minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Your role is to help them clarify goals, eliminate distractions, reinforce belief systems, and implement proven tools that support executive functioning and sustained follow-through. You’ll follow a structured weekly coaching rhythm while tailoring the experience to each client’s needs and pace. Key Responsibilities • Conduct 45-minute weekly coaching calls with assigned clients using NLPP’s proven structure and themes (focus, clarity, execution, identity, belief). • * Support clients with ADHD by helping them build routines, manage distractions, and simplify decision-making. • * Identify client goals (long-term, mid-term, and short-term) and uncover bottlenecks or limiting beliefs. • * Recommend and help clients implement productivity tools and systems. • * Assign and follow up on weekly action steps (“first steps”) to maintain forward momentum. • * Write concise post-call summaries capturing key insights, wins, and commitments. • * Track progress, communicate red flags, and collaborate with the coaching team as needed. • * Recommend relevant mindset or skill-building content tailored to each client’s executive functioning needs. • Requirements • 1+ years coaching experience is required - especially in ADHD coaching, productivity, performance, business, or personal development. • * Demonstrated ability (professional or personal) to help others change habits, improve focus, or implement systems. • * Interest or experience in ADHD-specific strategies, executive functioning support, and behavior change techniques. • * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including empathetic listening, motivational interviewing, and belief reframing. • * Comfortable following a structured coaching framework, while adapting to each client’s pace and neurodiverse needs. • * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage recurring sessions, track progress, and follow through consistently. • * Tech proficient with Google Meet, Notion (or similar), and digital scheduling tools. • * Self-motivated and coachable, able to thrive independently in a remote role while staying aligned with team goals. • * Transferable skills such as time management, habit coaching, systems thinking, and performance psychology are highly valued. • Nice to Have • Experience with ADHD (professionally or personally). • * Background in coaching. • * Familiarity with habit-based behavior design or identity-based coaching frameworks. • * Former athletes or individuals with high-performance backgrounds are encouraged to apply. • Compensation Full-time contractors will receive $50 USD per hour, and an additional $50 USD for each Trustpilot review or selfie testimonial obtained.
