Production Support Engineer II, SAS Viya AML
CIBC US is building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world and is seeking a Production Support Engineer II for their US Risk Technology team. In this role, you will support the anti-money laundering (AML) platform using SAS Viya, manage application and database support, and oversee production changes while collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Application Support – investigate application issues; prioritize incidents based on impact and severity. Identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
