Production Planner and Scheduler

PRODUCTION PLANNER/SCHEDULER - LOUISVILLE, KY SUMMARY: Bring precision, planning, and performance to the table. We’re looking for a detail-driven Production Planner/Scheduler to help turn strategy into seamless execution. In this key role, you’ll translate forecasts into action, aligning materials, schedules, and production plans to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and material requirements. Align material flow and manufacturing activity to meet demand and efficiency goals. Prepare and close work orders while maintaining accurate records. Analyze specifications to determine processes, tools, and staffing needs. Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers on production timelines and updates. Recommend scheduling adjustments based on inventory, labor, or design changes. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or production scheduling. Strong command of ERP systems (Deacom, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills. Analytical mindset with exceptional accuracy and organizational skills.
