Albion is seeking a Production Clerk to be the vital link between our planning, scheduling, and shipping operations. Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday What you'd do: As a Production Clerk, you'll be the shepherd guiding orders from inception to completion. You'll work at the heart of our operations, ensuring every order flows smoothly through our manufacturing facility. Your day will involve coordinating with multiple departments, solving scheduling challenges, and keeping our production engine running efficiently. Why You'll love this role: Be at the center of operations where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction Collaborate with diverse teams across warehouse and plant scheduling Develop valuable skills in SAP and production management systems Work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same Responsibilities Printing, maintaining, corking and delivery of orders Utilize and maintain electronic scheduling tools as well as visual planning board. Liase and coordinate with Supply Chain department (Finished Good Planners and Raw Material Planners) Perform administrative warehouse functions such as processing deliveries, pick lists, shipments, final confirmation of orders, etc. Support multiple departments in SAP related requirements Backup for Plant Administrator as needed Contribute to implementation of improvement projects within the department. Run related meetings as required (eg: open order meetings) Follow all corp. ESHA guidelines and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Adaptability: You excel at juggling priorities and staying nimble when plans change Communication: You build strong relationships and communicate clearly across all levels Problem-Solving: You analyze situations quickly and find practical solutions Independence & Teamwork: You're self-motivated but also a collaborative team player Technical Aptitude: You're comfortable learning new systems and proficient with Microsoft Excel Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred) Experience in manufacturing production or warehouse operations is a plus Intermediate SAP skills or willingness to learn Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (walking, standing, occasional lifting) Ready to make an impact?
