Product Value Stream Owner
About the role Nox Health Portugal is seeking an experienced Product V alue Stream Owner to lead the development and delivery of billing and financial management capabilities within the Nox Cloud platform . This role combines strategic product ownership with operational leadership — ensuring the flow of value across engineering, finance, and customer-facing systems. You will define requirements, manage priorities, and drive the evolution of billing, invoicing, and payment integration services that support Nox Health’s expanding digital ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to ensure that billing solutions are scalable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into our cloud architecture. What you'll do Own the Nox Cloud Billing Value Stream , ensuring it delivers measurable business and customer value. Define, refine, and prioritize billing and financial product requirements in partnership with internal stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear technical and functional specifications for the engineering teams of Nox Cloud development. Lead Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) to ensure focus and delivery on high-value initiatives. Collaborate with Product Management and Finance to define vision, roadmap, and KPIs for billing services, including usage-based billing, invoicing automation, and financial reporting. Ensure alignment with platform architecture , security, and compliance standards. Monitor performance and data quality , identifying opportunities to optimize processes and reduce complexity. Support internal and customer feedback loops , triaging and prioritizing improvements related to billing workflows. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery flow , removing impediments and fostering collaboration across teams. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems , or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role in SaaS, billing systems, or enterprise software. Strong understanding of billing platforms , payment gateways , financial integrations , and usage-based pricing models . Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum or Lean Value Stream environments. Excellent communication skills in English , both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of connecting technical design with business outcomes. Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Prior exposure to healthcare or regulated environments is beneficial but not required.
