Our tools help architects, engineers, and BIM managers standardize libraries, track usage, and eliminate chaos.We’re looking for a Product Specialist to join our team in London. You’ll be the person who makes sure our tools don’t just look good, but actually work the way they should. From testing new features to uncovering hidden bugs, you’ll work with our engineers to help ensure every release is polished, dependable, and ready for real-world use.You’ll also work closely with our customers and product team to define new features and provide clear feedback and insights. You’ll help customers understand what Kinship can do and how to get the most out of it.This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Revit, enjoys digging into technical details, and wants to be involved in both product and people.In this role, you will:Help define and test new product features — from early concept to final QAWork directly with our customers to understand their needs and gather feedbackDeliver onboarding, demos, and technical walkthroughs to new and existing usersWrite support content, workflows, and best practices to help people succeed with KinshipUse light scripting (Python, C#, Dynamo) to create internal tools and support customer needsAct as the “voice of the user” inside our product and engineering discussionsWe think your background probably includes:3+ years of professional experience with Revit — ideally in architecture, engineering, or BIM coordination rolesA solid understanding of Revit family and project content, workflows, and common challengesComfort using tools like Dynamo, or writing light scripts with Python or C#Experience creating documentation, tutorials, or training materials for Revit usersFamiliarity with QA workflows — even better if you’ve done structured testing or used tools like GitHub Issues, TestRail, Qase, or TestmoYou’re probably someone who:Is great at spotting the little things and loves making workflows smootherCan explain technical ideas clearly — whether you’re talking to a developer or a project leadEnjoys solving problems for users and figuring out what really works (not just what sounds good)Likes working across functions — from product and design to engineering and supportTakes pride in making things clearer, faster, and better for othersWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryA beautiful, plant-filled office in central London (by Southwark tube station) and good coffee (obviously)A no-BS team of people who love building great software togetherA company that believes in work-life balance
