Almost Heaven Saunas is seeking a personable and motivated Customer Service & Sales Rep to join our team. You’ll handle inbound sales calls, support customers with product questions, and process orders. This role blends technical learning, relationship building, and organization—all in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer and sales calls
• Respond to email inquiries
• Assist with product troubleshooting and support
• Enter and manage orders
• Maintain merchant accounts (pricing, images, availability)
What You Bring:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick technical learner with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable with computer systems and teamwork
• Previous customer service experience preferred
