About the Role
As a Product Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client care to sponsors and Business teams. You will be responsible for managing challenges faced by arenaflex advertisers across Display, Video, Analytics, Shopping, Advertising Platform, and Mobile/Applications platforms.
Your support will encompass seizing, identifying, and resolving sensitive and complex issues across arenaflex advertising products. You'll identify patterns of issues for businesses and clients, collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering to resolve product issues, and manage complex issues through to resolution to improve the overall client experience.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work not only on the client side but also with Business, Product, and Engineering teams within arenaflex to develop better tools and services. You'll contribute to improving our products based on the evolving needs of our clients, ensuring that arenaflex remains at the forefront of digital advertising innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Client Support: Focus on and deliver outstanding client care, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolving complex issues and bugs from internal teams and arenaflex promoters
AI-Powered Ecosystem Expertise: Understand the evolving AI-powered nature of the arenaflex Advertising ecosystem and possess the ability to convey machine learning model language with both internal and external clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional partners, including Business, Engineering, and Product teams, to build automation strategies and processes that identify and prevent product glitches and issues
Tool Development: Model and develop tools to enable the investigation of client issues and questions, facilitating troubleshooting of standard use cases
Engineering Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering teams on infrastructure launches, updates, and migrations
Pattern Recognition: Identify patterns in issues to provide insights for product improvement and preventive measures
Technical Communication: Interpret data to influence cross-functional partners in gTech and Engineering organizations, and communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Debugging Excellence: Analyze and debug tagging issues on websites using developer tools
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with a general-purpose programming language such as Java, C/C++, or Python
Experience working with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and Networks
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using SQL-like query languages
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience providing technical support to internal or external clients
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Experience in system design and API development
Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals and their application in advertising technology
Experience working with advertising organizations and e-commerce products
