Product Sales Representative

Role and Responsibilities
• Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products in a variety of retail settings including supermarkets, convenience stores, and discount chains
• Operate a Frito-Lay delivery vehicle along scheduled routes and unload products efficiently
• Foster positive relationships with store staff to support sales, merchandising, and promotional efforts
• Maintain product freshness by monitoring rotation and upholding merchandising standards
• Use handheld devices to process orders, manage inventory, and log delivery details
• Complete a 4–6 week structured training program focused on delivery operations, merchandising practices, and sales skills
• Assist with multiple routes and adapt to different retail formats to support operational needs
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and compliance with state licensing rules
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift, with or without accommodation
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in delivery driving, merchandising, retail, or customer service
• Proven ability to establish in-store partnerships and support sales growth
