Product Owner - RPA (Hybrid)

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Product Owner to join its UiPath/RPA Team at Securian Financial. The Product Owner will lead product vision and delivery for the RPA capability, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and implement new automations to achieve business goals.ResponsibilitiesCreates a compelling product visionIn collaboration with Operations and market leadership, develops and executes a product roadmap with a focus on measurable outcomesCultivates and maintains an effective relationship with all stakeholders while regularly sharing the vision, roadmaps and progressActively engage with the stakeholders to elicit, consider and document the needs and constraints to align with organizational strategy and prioritiesCollaborates with stakeholders and the team to discover, analyze and document the business requirements into Process Definition Documents (PDD)Engages and collaborates with the team and stakeholders to create and manage Agile artifacts (e.g. Product Roadmap, Backlog, Release Plan) and information needed for prioritization decision-making and regularly assesses features and costs to determine whether and when to proceedDefines Product KPIs, monitors and reports on metrics/outcomesDrives day-to-day product management decisions by prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholdersSkillsStrategic thinker, resilient, analytical and results drivenLeadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, guide the creation of a self-organizing team and be assertive with business priorities and opposing viewpoints while adhering to Agile concepts and principlesWorking knowledge of Agile practices.
