Product Owner (Remote or Szczecin)

Your Role
Validate early-stage ideas and lead discovery efforts to inform product development
Own product development from concept to MVP and beyond, shaping direction and prioritizing features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and stakeholders, to build and launch products quickly and iteratively
Define and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility
Responsibilities
Lead discovery of new product ideas, defining user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Conduct user interviews, customer safaris, and market research to shape product strategy and identify key user pain points
Translate insights into detailed product requirements, from high-level vision to edge cases
Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build and launch MVPs quickly and iteratively
Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product success metrics
Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross-functional alignment to keep the team focused and fast
Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and feedback loops post-launch
Requirements
Proven experience launching 0→1 digital products, ideally in venture studios, startups, or innovation labs
Fluency in modern product development: Discovery, Lean Startup, Continuous Delivery, Agile
Track record of converting ambiguity into tangible, testable hypotheses
Experience writing user stories, specs, and collaborating closely with design & dev
Familiarity with tools like Miro, Clickup, Figma, and product analytics tools
Comfort in high-autonomy, low-structure environments
Strong communication skills in both English and Polish
Nice to Have
Background in UX research or behavioral science
Experience in no-code/low-code prototyping
Business modeling or financial forecasting exposure
