Product Owner / Manager -- AI Risk & Fraud Detection
Social Links is a global OSINT and AI technology company headquartered in the US, trusted by enterprises and government organizations worldwide. Our technology collects and analyzes large volumes of data from open and hard-to-reach digital sources, helping customers detect risks faster and investigate threats more effectively.
Built on 10+ years of expertise in OSINT, investigations, and data intelligence, we are now developing a new AI-driven product designed to protect people, brands, and business assets from rapidly evolving digital threats, including AI-enabled fraud, impersonation, social engineering, and other risks across modern online ecosystems.
The product is already being piloted by early enterprise customers. We are looking for a strong Product Owner / Product Manager to help take it from an early API-first MVP stage to a scalable, customer-ready platform. This role is best suited for a domain-strong profile rather than a purely generalist Product Manager.
Sitting at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, brand protection, and data intelligence, this role offers a rare opportunity to shape a new product from the ground up while working with real customers, real use cases, and real market demand.
Your Tasks Will Be:
Own and evolve the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for an early-stage AI-driven security and risk product
Work closely with pilot customers, conduct discovery interviews, and turn customer feedback into clear product decisions
Collect, structure, and formalise Voice of the Customer insights from pilots, customer calls, and market research
Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into product requirements and delivery priorities
Partner closely with engineering and ML to drive MVP delivery and product iteration
Help shape the product strategy, including product goals, success metrics, and commercial impact indicators
Lead and coordinate UX/UI definition and prototyping for early product workflows together with design and engineering
Support go-to-market efforts, including value proposition development, demo scenarios, product decks, and sales enablement materials
Work closely with Sales during qualification, discovery, pilots / POCs, and early commercial conversations
Use modern AI tools in day-to-day product work to accelerate prototyping, exploration, and workflow design
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
A strong subject-matter background in cybersecurity, fraud, brand protection, risk, compliance, or adjacent domains, combined with hands-on product ownership or product-related experience
Strong domain exposure to one or more of the following areas: cybersecurity, fraud prevention, brand protection, risk, compliance, trust & safety, investigations, CTI, SOC, or adjacent spaces
Hands-on experience taking a product, pilot, or internal capability toward a market-ready solution
Strong background in customer discovery, pilots / POCs, feedback loops, roadmap creation, backlog management, and prioritisation
Experience partnering closely with customers and commercial teams during early-stage product validation
Practical understanding of security and risk concepts such as threat types, fraud scenarios, signal-to-noise ratio, false positives / false negatives, threat scoring, and risk prioritisation
Experience working with AI- or data-driven features in collaboration with ML / Data Science teams
Comfort with shaping early UX/UI workflows, rapid prototyping, and iterative feedback cycles
Strong communication skills and the ability to speak credibly with customers in domain-heavy conversations
Strong ownership and business mindset, with a focus on outcomes, adoption, commercial traction, and revenue impact
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and not overly structured environment
Nice To Haves:
Background as a practitioner / subject matter expert before moving into product
Experience with API-based products, integrations, documentation, and versioning
Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy for enterprise or mid-market B2B products
Experience in early-stage or startup environments
Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping, workflow design, and operational acceleration
Languages:
Russian -- strong working proficiency
English -- strong working proficiency
What We Offer:
Fully remote position (excluding Russia and Belarus)
Stock options
Clear opportunity to shape a new product from an early stage and influence its long-term direction
Collaboration with experienced professionals across AI, OSINT, engineering, and product
Interesting and genuinely complex challenges in AI-driven digital risk detection
