Job Summary:

The Product Owner will provide senior-level expertise in defining, prioritizing, and delivering enhancements to IQVIA’s Laboratory Technology Management Systems (LTMS). This role partners closely with scientific, operational, and technology stakeholders to translate complex laboratory business needs into scalable, high‑value system solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Own and manage the LTMS product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization across competing business demands
• Translate laboratory and operational business needs into clear, actionable system requirements and user stories
• Define system scope, objectives, and standards while ensuring alignment with enterprise laboratory workflows
• Guide and mentor Business Systems Analysts and offshore teams on best practices, documentation standards, and delivery execution
• Partner with technical teams to support system design decisions, enhancements, and modernization initiatives
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across laboratory systems and processes
• Support cross‑functional stakeholders by resolving priority conflicts and driving consensus
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong experience supporting enterprise or client‑facing laboratory, clinical, or regulated systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product backlogs and translate business requirements into system specifications
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

• Strong product ownership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills in complex environments
• Ability to balance strategic roadmap planning with hands‑on operational execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across scientific, technical, and business teams

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,600.00 - $211,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
