For more information, visit www.paytronix.com.The kind of person we’re looking for:We are looking for a bright and collaborative Product Owner to set and execute against our strategic product roadmap for our front end (merchant experience) development team. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record of collaboration with colleagues across different roles and teams. As a Product Owner, you’ll be working alongside the product, design, and software development teams to create and deliver front end software. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the product development process, providing feedback on mock ups, setting the roadmap and priorities, writing requirements, and following through with the development team to validate the final product.The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:Provide direction, backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories for a front-end development teamManaging the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing prioritiesAlign engineering priorities with product strategy to achieve overall business goalsTrain internal teams on product enhancements and future engineering goalsWork with the product team, internal stakeholders, and end-users to deliver updates and status reports on product initiativesCollaborate with Design and Engineering to translate requirements into functional specifications, ensuring a balance between technical and customer-centric prioritiesGathering requirements and feedback from a variety of people, including users, product development team members and management team membersParticipate in sprint planning, daily standup meetings, and other agile development activitiesThe kind of experience/skills you’ll need:2+ years of experienceAble to proactively manage your workload and tasks independently, demonstrating good judgment in prioritization and time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively interface and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-inAn eye for excellent visual design with sensitivity to user-system interactionThe extra stuff that would be nice:Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development processWork experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product managementSalary range: $70k-$80kBenefits:At Paytronix, we offer a wide variety of benefits aimed at allowing our employees to prioritize their well-being, and be their best selves:Retirement:Paytronix allows employees to contribute to their 401k through Fidelity.
