Join us to be part of a team that is shaping the future of social interaction in the crypto space.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to plan, prioritize, and implement updates to the Chat feature. Develop and execute GTM plans for new chat feature releases, including user communication, marketing coordination, and launch strategies. Partner with XFN teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of the Chat feature. Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the Chat feature’s functionality and user experience. Work with data analysts to conduct A/B testing and iterate on feature performance based on results. Define and track key performance indicators, monitor operational health of the Chat feature, identifying and resolving issues proactively.Develop resources (e.g., FAQs, tutorials) to educate users on leveraging the Chat feature effectively. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role, preferably in a tech, fintech, or crypto platform. Proven experience in driving product updates, GTM strategies, or feature optimization in a user-facing product.
