As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence how Amazon Music engages with fans, artists, and creators on a global scale. Key Responsibilities Drive Experimentation Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic experimentation roadmap for owned Audio Ads and Alexa placements to unlock new listener growth opportunities. Scale Successful Programs: Lead coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver goals for successful programs and scale them by improving and streamlining mechanisms. Partner with Product and Tech Teams: Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to inform their roadmaps by developing requirements to improve marketing channels. Define Success Metrics: Establish reporting and review channel measurement and performance with BIEs and Data Science. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive product marketing go-to-market initiatives in support of new product features and lead performance business reviews, showcasing insights and results to global stakeholders and executive leadership. Manage External Partners: Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs and presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience , with a proven track record of building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements , with a strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative customer learnings. High attention to detail , across both business and technical domains. Exceptional product marketing, program management, and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. Preferred Qualifications To take your application to the next level, you'll ideally have: MBA and/or advanced degree , demonstrating a strong educational background in marketing or a related field. Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization , with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $98,200/year to $179,600/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
