Product Manager/Business Analyst -- Excellent Documentation Skills Needed

We are creating point of sale software for a brick and mortar store that will be providing the following services: - Mail/ship. Customers can bring in packages to be shipped out via various carriers. We mail out the packages for them, with optional support packing the boxes. - Print/scan. Customers bring in files for us to print, or documents to scan. - Remote services. Customers can order services like transcription, translation, website design, software development, etc. They can order some of these services online, and others they can set up consultations to discuss with a specialist. The product we are developing will be used by employees for processing orders from customers who walk into the store. Basic features/functionality include: - Manage customers - Manage order history - Create orders - Collect payments - Manage transaction history Where we are in the project right now is: - We have the designs in Figma, about 95% completed. You can see here: - We have the back end developed about 98%. APIs exposed, ready for integration Your task will be as follows: - Review the designs to ensure all user flows are covered and update as needed. - Document the user flows and user stories. - Technical specifications document, which gets down to the level of on click, on hover, etc. for what happens when using the system. The goal of this documentation is to provide instructions to the front end developer so they can convert the Figma into a working front end and integrate with the back end APIs. Please take a look at the attached document, which explains our ownership model. It will tell you everything you need to know about the type of work relationship and environment we try to maintain in our organization. You will be working directly with the product owner. We are looking for quick communication and results so we can get instructions to the developers and get this moving.
