Product Manager, Salesforce
At Vanta, we're looking for a Product Manager to own the complete lifecycle of features and capabilities from conception through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS, and a strong data fluency.
Requirements
• 4+ years in product management, business systems, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS
• Strong data fluency— experience establishing KPIs, analyzing metrics, and using data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact
• Proven ability to balance strategic roadmap execution with ad hoc requests, proactively anticipating needs and serving as a thought partner
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (flows, validation rules, custom objects, process automation) and deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes
• Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing integrations with third-party platforms
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams
• Experience with agile methodologies, ERP integrations, and billing/revenue recognition requirements
