You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. This includes expanding PEI's capabilities, enhancing interfaces for our stakeholders, and facilitating the launch of new features faster.

Policy Enforcement platforms are the backbone of our Trust and Safety efforts. This is a chance to shape a critical system from both a strategic and tactical perspective. You will craft the long-term vision for the product while driving priority initiatives that deliver tangible results. The opportunity to make a real difference across TS's core focus areas is significant. At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we listen, share, and build community through our stories. We work together to give everyone the power to share their story, explore what they love, and connect with one another in the process. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and boundless creativity, we move at the speed of culture with a shared goal to show people the world. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.
