Product Manager (Mid-level and above)

CloudTrucks provides a "business in a box" solution for truck drivers. We take on the back office business operations and tasks involved in running a trucking business. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with safety, growth, product, engineering and data teams to solve hard problems impacting our customers. You will be able to make and execute on key strategic and technical decisions that encourage new users to sign up and expand their business with our suite of products. Our team focuses on speed and impact, not perfection, so you should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a get stuff done attitude. If this sounds fun to you, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the strategy and roadmap across CloudTruck’s core customer-facing products, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.Partner with the design and engineering teams to enable them to build the best solutions for customers.Conduct interviews with customers to better understand and anticipate their needs and work closely with the engineering and design teams to develop new features and products to serve those needs.Set clear goals and metrics for the team as well as new products and features and be held accountable to achieving them.Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales, Safety and Finance.Examples of projects that you may work onDesign a streamlined onboarding flow for drivers.Build a referral program so drivers are rewarded when they refer others to the platform.Conversion rate optimization projects on the marketing site and within product signup and onboarding flows.Develop in-app features that incentivize higher activation and engagement rates from customers.Work on greenfield initiatives and help launch new products.What we are looking for3+ years of product management experience at a fast paced environmentStrong track record of building and shipping successful products at operationally intensive companies with complex business workflowsExcellent communication skills across multiple stakeholdersDetail Oriented and Systems thinking approach to problem solvingPrior experience as a startup founder or on a growth team is a plusAbout CloudTrucksCloudTrucks is a virtual trucking carrier in the multi-billion dollar trucking space.
