Delivering capabilities that work in a flexible way, to meet each customer’s needs for the experience they want to provide, and the business value they want to unlock. You will be working on not just what features to build, but defining direction and balancing OOTB capabilities against extensibility for custom, complex scenarios. Our promotions capabilities are critical to the success of some of the biggest brands on the planet, B2C and B2B. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global commerce as part of our passionate Product Management team at commercetools. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local office. We're able to consider candidates based in or close to either Berlin, Germany, or Valencia, Spain, for this role. Your Mission: Researching and innovating in the commerce space as part of a cross-functional product team with a focus on enabling businesses to effectively manage product pricing and promotions to deliver success for their business. Collaborating closely with your UX designer and engineers to identify opportunities, discover effective solutions and deliver them to the market Contributing to the product vision and strategy in collaboration with product leadership and define the roadmap for your team Becoming a commercetools product expert and develop a deep understanding of our customers and users and the market Shaping your way of working - we believe in strong and independent teams Learning continuously from and with your colleagues and a leadership that is committed to your personal and professional growth What you need to succeed: Previous experience as Product Manager driving product initiatives with modern discovery and delivery techniques General knowledge of digital commerce Good understanding of APIs and SaaS products Passion for delving into technical details of the product and how it delivers value to users Excellent analytical skills to translate complex data, customer and market insights into product decisions and actionable plans Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients Nice to have: Experience with commerce platforms Experience with developing API-based SaaS products Experience with pricing and promotions We care about your growth and well-being Competitive Compensation Package: Generous compensation structure consisting of salary, a competitive stock option package, and various benefits and perks ☀️ Workation: Work up to 60 days per year in a country different from your home country, with 20 working days per trip Learning & Development Budget Academy: Regular training sessions, access to Coursera and Babbel training courses Our Benefits: Check them out here ⌚️ Flexibility: Morning person or night owl?
