Being part of the team Virtual Assembly Line - Fulfillment, you will join our mission to help installation businesses to scale the fulfillment of home electrification. You will be a key person in creating intuitive solutions with the main goal to reduce operational fulfillment costs. Fulfillment of home electrification includes planning, execution, and documentation of installations or maintenance cases as well as managing warehouse and logistics for installations.As a Product Manager, you will do:Product Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle of one entire value stream of the Virtual Assembly Line. Define product roadmap based on outcome and manage initiatives with clear, data-backed rationale.Customer Discovery: Run qualitative and quantitative research to gain valuable insights and to identify opportunities to reduce fulfillment costs.Metrics & KPIs: Define, own and analyze KPIs across the product initiatives to ensure highest outcome in reducing fulfillment costs.Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. Have C-Level exposure to our Finance, Operation, and Supply Chain units.Cross-functional Leadership: Lead engineers & designers in a cross-functional projects. Foster collaboration and driving alignment between teams, including developers, product managers, Operations, Finance, BI-teams and external partners.Market Awareness: Stay ahead of emerging trends in technology and AI, with a focus on their practical application in the construction and energy sectors.
