As our Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the Product tribe, driving impact by:Launch a new learning experience (Learning XP) platform, integrating at least 3 AI-powered features including test generation and knowledge organizers.Improve Foundational Language package sales by 25% and implement group class rollout across the platform within 6 months.Increase student retention by 20% by enhancing the post-session experience through structured access to materials and progress reporting.A Day In Your Life:Design and own the full learning experience strategy across languages and standard exams.Lead the development and rollout of Learning XP features: AI-driven test/quiz generation, session knowledge organizers, and learning material hubs.Collaborate with Tutor Community, Engineering, and Content teams to design and deliver impactful learning tracks.Introduce and manage a digital Learning Center for students and parents to track learning progress and access structured content.Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), track learner KPIs, and gather feedback to refine learning workflows.Stay ahead of EdTech trends and integrate generative AI (LLMs) into product development.Own product research, roadmapping, and feature delivery timelines with clear success metrics.RequirementsYou’re the Product Manager we’re looking for if you have:3–5 years of experience in Product Management within EdTech or digital learning platforms.Proven track record in designing and launching learning experience (Learning XP) strategies, curriculum systems, and user-centric features.Strong understanding of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), with hands-on experience integrating AI into educational workflows.Skilled in product discovery, user research, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data-driven iteration cycles.Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Content, and Learning Design.Advanced capability in mapping learning journeys and designing scalable, impactful user experiences.Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPT, quiz/test generators, knowledge organizers, adaptive learning engines) is a strong plus.Traits We LoveResults-DrivenProactive Takes InitiativeBalances Speed QualityEnd-User ObsessedStrong CommunicatorSuper OrganizedIndependent Team PlayerEager to LearnThe Hiring JourneyScreening Intro Call (5-10 mins)Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes)Technical interview (30-60 minutes)Technical Case StudyVision Fit interview (30-60 minutes)Offer extended to successful applicantsBenefitsWhy AlGooru?At AlGooru, you’ll have an exceptional opportunity to push the boundaries of education.
