We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the definition and development of future clinical workflows and tools for our cloud-based Enterprise Viewer. This viewer is a critical application used by clinicians across inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as by patients, to view medical images from a wide range of specialties. In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into a strategic product roadmap. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of enterprise imaging and delivering solutions that improve clinical care, patient outcomes, and drive clinical efficiency. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities: β€’ Define Product Strategy: Partner with leadership to establish a forward-looking product vision that aligns with organizational goals and clinical needs β€’ Workflow Innovation: Lead discovery efforts with clinical teams to understand current pain points and design future-state workflows across multiple specialties β€’ Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact initiatives, balancing clinical value, technical feasibility, and business objectives β€’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch β€’ Stakeholder Engagement: Build solid relationships with physicians, department heads, and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure alignment β€’ Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions β€’ Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of experience in healthcare information technology or clinical technology β€’ 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Product Management β€’ Experience working directly with clinical stakeholders across multiple specialties β€’ Experience working with EHR technology β€’ Experience working in a clinical care environment β€’ Proven ability to collaborate in large, matrixed environments β€’ Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient clinical workflows including the use of EHR technology within the workflow β€’ Experience supporting cloud technologies and backend infrastructure Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Gigentra Cloud Platform (GCP) and Software as a Service β€’ Proven exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts for diverse audiences β€’ Experience delivering patient care in an inpatient setting β€’ Understanding of imaging and healthcare data standards such as DICOM and HL7 β€’ Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions using product performance metrics β€’ Proven solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills β€’ All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
